Hello! I’m Sam, 27, Doctor, and looking for someone to replace my current flatmate, who is moving out in around six weeks (end of July/start of August)
The room is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light and comes with its own private bathroom and shower (located directly across the hallway for your sole use ). The flat is in a modern apartment development with great facilities included in the rent; gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cinema room, and secure bike storage! We’re also right near Piccadilly station (8 min walk, Northern Quarter (5 min walk), Ancoats Marina (3 min walk) and close to the metrolink (New Islington, 5 min walk)
A bit more about me: I’m Sam, 27, and work as a doctor. Outside of work I’m pretty sociable and easy-going. I enjoy cooking, running, going to the cinema, travelling, and generally making the most of my time off of work! I also have post graduate exams so have to study sometimes too, and the shared working space in the apartment is brilliant for that if you ever work from home.
Ideally, I’m looking for another young professional, and another doctor or healthcare professional would be a great fit given similar schedules and lifestyles, although that’s definitely not essential.
The most important thing is finding someone friendly, considerate, tidy, and easy to live with !
I’m also easy to move into the slightly smaller room (the one for rent) and you can move into my bigger one (which has an attached en suite), as the size difference doesn’t concern me much!
Any questions please just message me!
