Need new flatmate/s ASAP

Hiya, I’m Simone. I’m a freelance creative working in fashion, events and music.
*I will be moving into a new property and need a new flatmate until then. Once I get a new flatmate, I will put in my notice to leave. From that point, the new tenant (maybe you!) will have two months to find another tenant to replace me.*

I’m super friendly and easy to talk to, very empathetic and respectful of different lifestyles. I’m also have long term health issues, so would need you to be mindful of that. Though, their shouldn’t affect you very much. Please be aware I use the corner of the living room as my sewing studio.

The room you’ll be renting is a double bedroom and you’ll have full access to the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. There’s space for a desk also.

The flat is technically in Salford, but a 5 minutes walk from Spinningfields, 15 minute walk to city centre and is within 5 minutes of bus and train routes.

Rent is changing to £692.50 and bills currently come to £231.19 each. Making total monthly costs £923.69
