I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this gorgeous 2 bed flat just on the border of ancoats/northern quarter.
You would be taking over my tenancy and living with another 25 year old girl.
The room is en-suite with a shared living area and kitchen. The building has a roof terrace with views of the city skyline. It also has a coworking area with free coffee machine!
Have loved living here but change of circumstances means I need to move :(
The rent is roughly 800, but can be less depending on salary. Key workers get a discount as well so really good if you work in the NHS/ police/ fire.
