Room available in 3 bed flat in New Islington

Tom and I are looking for a third housemate to take over our friends room, who is sadly going to move in with her boyfriend 🥲

The room is available from August 14th and is £710 per month (bills come to around £160 a month, with council tax approx £65 each). We are looking for someone around the same age, who is neat, tidy and ideally looking for a friend not just a housemate. Also must be LGBT+ friendly!!!

The room is a good sized en-suite room in a duplex flat with a balcony. The building is 5 mins away from New Islington Marina and 10 min walk from Picadilly so great location! The building also has a gym available and security on site.

Tom- 26 year old who works in a nursery

Holly- 26 years old, works in offender rehabilitation

We are both quite sociable and enjoy a mix of going out and cute nights in, and love hosting dinner parties!
