Apartment available in Noma, Manchester

My lovely flatmate is moving out of the property and so looking for someone to move into her room.

The room is fully furnished with a king sized bed, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers, and a mirror. I have the en suite bedroom but you would have the other bathroom to yourself which is right next to the bedroom.

The flat is on the 12th floor has an open plan living space with really good storage. It has 24 hour concierge, a gym and a nice co working space. It’s a 5 minute walk from Victoria station/Arndale.

Bills aren’t included but come to around £260 with council tax, water, WiFi and electric.

Looking for a female flatmate who is respectful and tidy and easy-going to live with. I work full time in office so would be out the flat 9-5 during the week and also travel with work most months.

Ideally I would love someone I can also be friends with but also appreciates our own time. I’ve semi retired from the club so ideally would be someone who is on that same vibe/ into chilled nights but I love girl dinners and drinks out and coffee dates so would be great if we were similar people.

My flatmate will be moved out at the end of August however we have a couple of weeks flexibility with the move in date but will need to confirm someone new before the end of July.
