I’m looking for an individual (student) to take over my tenancy for a Platinum Studio in Dwell’s 121 Princess Street Accommodation. The tenancy is a 51 weeks 26/27 starting from the 5th of September. The rent is £280/week and can be paid in full or through 3 instalments.

It is very central, within walking distance of:
- Piccadilly station (8 min walk)
- MMU and UoM (15 min walk)
- City Centre (10-15 min walk)
- Chinatown
- Oxford road
The Manchester nightlife is also very close which is an additional plus for students. Multiple shops also downstairs and nearby.

In addition the free 147 bus for students is right around the corner which is an additional money and time saver.
