Hello ! me and my friend are looking for two people to take over our 45 week tenancies at dwell student living for this coming September (12th) both are large double bed rooms with a desk and wardrobe the accommodation has lift access as well as a communal gym, study space and games room within the lobby, perfect location for MMU students but students of all institutions are welcome, the flat has 2 other rooms and a shared kitchen, toilet room and shower room :) you must have a guarantor.
