Flatmate wanted - Ancoats/NQ

My current flatmate is heading off travelling, so I'm looking for someone new to join me in our city centre flat!

The flat is a good size and in a great spot in Ancoats/NQ - close to plenty of bars, restaurants and everything the city has to offer. We also have a roof terrace, which is a bit of a bonus.

I'm looking for someone who wants the best of both worlds - a flatmate I enjoy spending time with, whether that's heading out to find somewhere new to eat, a pub quiz or game night, or just a movie and a drink at home. But equally someone who's got their own thing going on and respects that we both need our own space too. I've already got a great group of friends in the city so there's no pressure!

I work from the office three days a week and WFH the other two, so I'm around a fair bit - I can be a bit of a homebody if I'm honest, so I'd suit someone who doesn't mind a flatmate that's actually home! We keep the flat relatively clean and tidy (lived in, not a show home) and generally look out for each other without being in each other's pockets.
