I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional to take the second room in my lovely two-bedroom apartment at Kampus from 1 August.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Station, around 10 minutes to the Piccadilly Garden/Northern Quarter/Ancoats, and about 15–20 minutes to Deansgate/Spinningfields/Salford. It’s ideal if you want to be right in the centre of everything while still having a calm, well-kept home to come back to.

I’m a working professional in my mid-20s, clean, tidy and respectful. I value having a home that feels calm, comfortable and well looked after. I enjoy my own space, but I’m also sociable and would be happy to be friends with my flatmate!

Ideally I’m looking for someone who is also clean, considerate and easy-going, and who treats the home as a shared space we both take pride in.
