Luxury ensuite double room with stunning city view

We're two professionals renting out our ensuite double room in our high-rise apartment, ideally nestled between the affluent Ancoats and the edgy Northern Quarter.

We are super friendly, active, and extremely easy to live with — we also have a cat who will want to curl up on your lap. We both work remotely so often work from home or a local café.

The apartment is modern, well-designed, and well-maintained, with access to an exceptional range of building amenities including a high spec gym and fitness studio, cinema room, resident lounges, private dining room, co-working hub, and a breathtaking rooftop terrace.

The location couldn't be better, with the main train station under 10 minutes away and with some of Manchester's best independent food and drink spots right on the doorstep.

The room is a good size, has its own ensuite bathroom and a lock on the door. You're also welcome to use the living room, dining room, and kitchen as and when you please (provided you keep it clean). The whole bedroom is yours to inhabit, but due to limited space a number of our belongings will be stored in the room.

We're looking for someone calm, tidy, and respectful of shared space. We work remotely and have full lives, so while we enjoy chatting and socialising, we prefer people who aren't home during the day and have things going on outside the home from time to time.

We offer short stays from one week to one month, and longer stays from one to three months. Some cat-safe pets will be considered for a small price increase.

All bills are included: council tax, electricity, water, WiFi, professional cleaning 1-2 times per month.
