Looking for New Flatmate in 3 Bed - Ensuite Room

We would love a third flatmate who is chill, friendly and tidy. Someone who is open to making friends not just flat mates :)

This is a furnished ensuite room with a king size bed and storage. There are also amenities in the building that are included in the rent. There is a fully furnished gym; workout studio; co-working areas; lounges; and a cinema room.

There is 24 hour security in the building and regular events and socials are held throughout the month where you can meet other people in the building. Just to note the TV in the living room is our old flatmate's so isn't included with the flat!

As this room is the ensuite, it pays a little bit extra of the rent. The rent would be £830 per month. Council tax and bills are not included in the price. WiFi, electricity and council tax together comes to approximately £125-£130 per person per month. A bill for water comes in every 6 months and it is roughly £67 per person for the 6 month period.

We would also prefer a flatmate who would like to stay with us for at least a year.

Our flat is based in central Manchester, bordering Northern Quarter so it is very well connected to trams and buses! The Arndale is about a 6 minute walk away; Shudehill tram is a 4 minute walk; and there is a Co-op 2 minutes away. As we're in NQ we are surrounded by many independent cafes and shops. A super convenient area with a cool vibe!

I'm working as a paralegal in a law firm. I really like trying new places for food and coffee, or activities like pottery painting. I enjoy nights at the pub, but love chill nights in as well! I also like cosy hobbies like reading and building lego.
