Double en-suite in Northern Quarter

My current flatmate is moving out in September, so I am looking for somebody to take her room.

The building is located in Northern Quarter, very close to bars, cafes, shops and transport links. There is a bike shed, concierge service and access to a rooftop.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and set of drawers, and both rooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

Bills are not included and come to £187.50 each per month (WiFi, electric, water and council tax which is band C).

I am 30 years old and work full time Monday - Friday with two days from home. I am very tidy and respectful of other’s space. I would love to find someone who is a friend as well as a flatmate, who I can go for food/drinks with but also chill in the flat! I also appreciate alone time is important and am very easygoing in that regard too.

Please note I am on holiday from Tuesday 14th-Saturday 18th July so viewings won’t be until the following week, and probably won’t be replying to messages on these days! :)
