Bronze non-ensuite medium room - MSV

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in an all girls flat in Manchester Student Village Dwell. This contract is 45 weeks, starting September 12th 2026 and ending on july 24th 2027.

The location is ideal for students who wish to save on public transport, with the accomodation being 20 minutes away from UoM campus and 12 minutes away from MMU campus via walk.

Aside from the location the site also has amazing communal spaces such as the gym, the TV and gaming area, a games room and an outside terrace. As it is student accomodation, the site is built to support student life, so it also has its own study area and even its own on-site shop. Other amenities include on-site parking and circuit laundry.

As for flat-mates, I only know that it is an all girls flat with two other third year UoM students. I have no further information as I have not moved in and need someone to take over my tenancy for the date I was meant to move in. The bathroom is also shared.
