Large Double Room with En-Suite

Hello! I’m currently looking to continue my tenancy at my current flat as my flatmate is moving out.

The Flat and Room:
The flat shares an open kitchen and living room with two bedrooms with en-suites. Both bedrooms are the exact same size and layout. The bedroom includes a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The bathroom is fully fitted with a toilet, sink and bath shower.

Rent is £725 per month for the room. Bills come at about £200 on top (council tax, wifi, electric and water) and depending on the time of year electricity can increase slightly.

The Building and Location:
The building has a gym on the ground floor which is free for residents to use. It also has a roof terrace and bike storage. There are no car parking spaces available.

The location is so ideal as we are bang in the middle of northern quarter and ancoats. Piccadilly train station, Picadilly bus station and metro link are all just short of a 10 minute walk. You have ancoats marina, the arndale and northern quarter right on our doorstep. It’s a great location for someone new to Manchester or anyone who fancies being more in the city.

About Me:
I am a nursery teacher and work 5 days a week (though I do not get school holidays). I often do quite long hours so it would be ideal for someone who works from home as you would have the place to yourself throughout the day! Or if like me and do long hours it works too!

I’m definitely looking for a friend as well as a flatmate. I love all things girly - shopping, going for brunch, having a cheeky drink at the end of the week. It would be great to have someone to have film nights, binge watch the latest tv show with and also get out and about. Just making the flat a home :)
