Looking for flatmate in NQ flat

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving out after four years. The room will be available from the start of August but I can be flexible up until the end of September too!

The flat is a two bed, two bathroom flat in Northern Quarter (approx. 5 min walk from Piccadilly, by Pen and Pencil) in an art deco renovated old factory. The room on offer has an en-suite and is a good size with a desk, wardrobe etc. and under bed storage.

Rent is £775 and bills come to about £250-£300 on top of that, with council tax at £145 each and electricity depending on the season!

A bit about me, I work in finance so am in the office 3/4 days a week. My current flatmate has become one of my close friends whilst living in Manchester the last 4 years so would love to have something similar! We’ve got quite a good balance of having our own space or hanging out together and I’m definitely always up for a pub quiz or taking advantage of some spontaneous drinks/food offers or a gym class together. Equally love a night in relaxing.

I do also have a very sweet and cuddly cat (included in the pictures). He’s low maintenance but will request cuddles and attention, I look after him completely so wouldn’t expect you to do anything!
