Looking for flatmate in NQ flat

Heya, I’m looking for a flatmate to fill a large double bedroom with en-suite. The room will be available from mid December/start of January!

The flat is a two bed, two bathroom flat in Northern Quarter (approx. 5 min walk from Piccadilly, by Pen and Pencil) in an art deco renovated old factory. The room on offer has an en-suite and is a good size with a desk, wardrobe etc. and under bed storage.

Rent is £750 and bills come to about £250-£300 on top of that, with council tax at ~£150 each and electricity depending on the season!

A bit about me, I work in finance so am in the office 3/4 days a week. I would also be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full time. My previous flatmate became one of my close friends whilst living in Manchester the last 4 years so would love to have something similar! I’d love a good balance of having our own space/independence or hanging out together and I’m definitely always up for a pub quiz, going out for a couple of drinks or a gym class together. Work can be quite busy so equally love a night in relaxing.

I do also have a very sweet and cuddly cat (included in the pictures). He’s low maintenance but will request cuddles and attention, I look after him completely so wouldn’t expect you to do anything!
