Haiii!

I'm looking for a girl to replace my current flatmate who unfortunately has to move back home this September. The flat l'm in Greengate, Salford. It’s literally a 15 min walk from NQ and a 5 min walk from the central retail district. Basically city centre… you can literally see the arendale from the balcony!

The rent comes to £725 pm not including bills (£850-£900 MAX in winter with bills and council tax).

You’ll be asked for deposit (£836.53) + first month’s rent once you pass referencing!!!

OH! Also, you can enquire about a parking space if needs be!

The room that I'm looking to fill comes with a designated bathroom as I’m in the en suite. The room comes with a closet, a double bed and a set of bedside tables that were taken out but can be put back in because we keep them in our utility room.

There’s co-working spaces available in the building for those working from home because while I don’t mind you working from the living room here and there, I’d rather you go down so that I can actually use the kitchen and be on the couch without worrying about disturbing you. Alternatively you could see about getting a small desk in the room but that’s entirely down to you!

There’s also an onsite gym that doesn’t require any membership or anything like that as I’ve seen in other buildings! (Lowkey haven’t been using this at all but perhaps this year lol)

A little to know about me: I'm a very sociable person that likes to go out here and there but is most definitely more of a homebody! I'm 22 years old and working in hospitality so you'll often hear me coming home at around 3am but I swear l'm light on my feet! I’m an occasional smoker but I prefer to smoke on the balcony which is what I’d also ask of you. I’m really not okay with smoking indoors, especially when there’s the balcony. I recently got into reading and I also started dance classes! Feel free to join hehe! All around very mindful, very demure 🫶🏻
