Hi there!
I'm Kacper and I'm looking for a new flatmate in a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in NOMA/Ancoats (North Central) as my current flatmate is moving back home.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers with a private balcony access. The room will be available from the 19th September.
The flat is centrally located, with 5 minutes walk to NQ/Ancoats/Arndale.
The rent is £700/months and all bills (council tax + electric + water + internet) add up to around £190/month.
A bit about me.
I'm Kacper, 25 and I currently work in pharmaceutical industry. In my freetime I enjoy cooking, hosting dinners and people, and staying active with gym/running/rowing, so it'd be great to find someone similar. I work remotely most of the week, usually with 1/2 days in the office.
