I am looking for a tenancy takeover starting September 5th for the Academic year 26/27, with the checkout date being 10th July 2027. Tenant must be a student as this is a student accommodation room in a shared flat with 3-5 other students. The room is described as a large high double and is in block B, floor 11, flat 130, room no D. This is based at Piccadilly Point, which has a 24/7 reception, maintenance and gym.
