Two double rooms available in a modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat at Swan Street House, close to Ancoats and the Northern Quarter.

I’ll be staying in the third bedroom, which has an en-suite, and I’m looking for two friendly and considerate flatmates to take the other rooms. The two available rooms share one bathroom.

1 month short rent is okay as well
One room can be available from 28th July (flexible)

Rent: £740 pcm
Estimated bills: £192.50 pcm
Total: around £940 ish pcm

Bills currently include council tax, electricity, water, internet. The exact amount may vary slightly depending on usage.

The building has a free gym, cinema room, co-working spaces, communal lounges and on-site management.

Great location near Ancoats and the Northern Quarter, with tram and bus stops nearby and Manchester Piccadilly within walking distance.
