A huge double room is available in my beautiful penthouse apartment in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

You’ll have your own spacious double bedroom with access to your own private balcony, with all bills included in the monthly rent. The apartment is a creative, musical home with plenty of character and amazing city views.

You’ll be living with me — a 24-year-old musician — and my small, friendly dog. I’m often around during the week as I work mostly in the evenings and at weekends, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a sociable home environment but also respects each other’s space.
