Double room with en suite in manchester centre

Looking for someone to move into my flat at Waterhouse Gardens after my current flatmate moves out.

It’s a double room with its own en suite, in an amazing building right in Manchester City Centre with amazing amenities on site. There’s a co-working space perfect for working from home, a games room, and a full spa area with a sauna, steam room, ice bath, swimming pool and jacuzzi. There’s also a nice outdoor area to relax in, and the building is pet friendly. On top of that, there are regular pop-ups from local bakeries with sweet treats, so there’s always something going on.

A bit about me: I’m 21, I run my own business so I’m pretty much always home, and I’m very clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who’s the same. I don’t drink or smoke but genuinely don’t mind if you do, it’s not an issue for me at all. When I’m not working I love grabbing a coffee out. Most importantly, I really want to find someone I’ll get along with since we’ll be sharing the space, so a chill, easy-going personality is a big plus.

On the practical side, all applicants will need to go through referencing and pay a deposit. Bills aren’t included in the rent but they’re very reasonable, council tax works out at around £117 a month and other bills range from about £50 to £70 each depending on usage💗
