Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going female roommate to share my flat in right in the heart of Manchester city centre.

The flat is in an amazing location, it’s a spacious double bedroom with a main bathroom to yourself. It’s just a 4-minute walk from Market Street and the Arndale Shopping Centre, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. There’s also an Asda Express and Sainsbury’s Local only a 2-minute walk away, making it really convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. The building also includes access to a gym, Pilates, and yoga facilities, which are all included.

The rent is £800 a month
The bills including council tax usually come to roughly £120 a month each depending on usage.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, and enjoys a relaxed, tidy home.
