Ample of restaurants and grocery stores around, Extensive amenities onsite including 24hr concierge, co-working lounges, roof top terrace, outdoor cinema, private dining rooms and social events perfect for people trying to make more friends in the city. Easy commutable area with great connectivity.

The bills and rent all will be clean split half way. Rent-975£ plus bills around 150£ approx.

About me-24yr old working professional in fintech. Moving to Manchester from London for work and have lived in house shares before. Clean, organised and social. Would love to be friends with flatmates and share good vibes but also respect personal space. I wfh 2 days a week or less.
Interests-Travelling, Pilates, Dancing, exploring the city, will never say no to a good wine night in or a fun night out. 🫶

About you- would prefer female working professionals in 20s to 30s as its easy for council tax reasons, clean, friendly, social and potentially looking to live long term as well.

Move in date-Ideally early to mid August as I am hoping to move ahead faster in the deal.
