NQ M1 Oldham street - 500pcm - short term lease

Looking for a short-term lease from Nov 1st - March (leaving date can be flexible) as im going travelling in Nov to visit friends in NZ, Aus and Asia.

Flat is really central - literally next to everything, which is super handy. This does mean it's council tax band E but the 500pcm makes up for that! the flat is really nice, its got a very sociable layout, really spacious, roof access, washer + drier, 6 seat table, 2 fridge/freezers. The room in question (my room) is a double with en suite and is pretty big. Bills are usually around 100pcm.

I currently live with Sam (25 - recent post-graduate - now works for creative manchester) and nathan (24 - works at size/HIP - did jewellery design at uni). Both are super lovely; we all enjoy a wine night/festival/coffee/rave/film - we're pretty much always up for socialising.
