A spacious double room with en-suite will soon be available in a modern two-bedroom apartment in New Islington, just a short walk to the tram stop, and from Manchester city centre, Ancoats, Piccadilly Station and Northern Quarter.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 26-year-old TV journalist. I work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights), but I’m office-based rather than working from home. I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active, whether that’s running, going to the gym or swimming. I like the flat to feel relaxed, tidy and comfortable rather than somewhere that’s constantly hosting parties.

I’m looking for another working professional who is friendly, considerate and takes pride in where they live.

Including rent (£825) - bills amount to £1000-1100pm

This includes access to all building amenities: gym/swimming pool/sauna/steam room/cinema/co-working area

This will be a change of tenant on a rolling contract with a notice period of 2 months.
