Northern Quarter Room Available

Im moving out of my room in Northern Quarter a month before the lease is up so looking for someone to take it over for a month!

The flat is located just off Tib Street near Affleck’s and has a spacious living room and comfortable double room as shown.

You’ll be living my great flatmate Harry (he/him, 25) who’s friendly, respectful, and the neatest flatmate I’ve ever had! The room will be stripped and fully cleaned before your arrival.

The flat is located on a quiet street which means you’ll also get to enjoy being in Northern Quarter without all the nighttime noise that usually comes with it. I’ve listed the room at a discounted price because there is a bit of construction noise during the day, but with the windows closed it’s not too bad at all.

The room is available from the 9th of August until the 16th of September, price shown is for one month and will be adjusted according to the length of stay.

I can also send you videos of the place if you ask unfortunately spare room won’t let me post them.
