Flatmate moving out within the next 3 months (with flexibility), so available from early Sept- Early Nov move in.

Smaller room or Larger room available depends on persons budget. c.£800pcm for smaller room, c.£900pcm for larger room. Am flexible on either. Larger room is en-suite with small shower + sink, smaller room has large bathroom facing the room in the corridor so basically an en-suite.

Both rooms are spacious enough for desk, wardrobe, living space etc. Flat has a great view of town and most importantly Old Trafford 🙂.

Large open plan kitchen/living room. Flat has 17th floor terrace, 43rd floor lounge, 1st floor mezzanine and gym. Concierge securely handles all parcels etc. Regular building socials.

Ideally looking for fellow professional who is social, is up for the occasional mid week pint 🍻, and as I do football and tennis once a week amongst other things, someone who has similar-ish interests to me. Most importantly clean/tidy and respectful of living in a shared space.
