Hey! Looking for a new flatmate to move in with me & take over a tenancy in November.

2 bed furnished flat with private en-suite & bath, large balcony, free WiFi, free gym, house kitchen, working space and communal social areas, secure parcel storage all included. M3 area, city centre location - short walk to both Deansgate, Spinningfields and Market Street.

Rent is £705 a month, bills aren’t included, with bills it’s around £850 a month.

About Me - I’m a 26 year old creative professional, I am lesbian so looking for a queer/lgbtq+ friendly roommate. (Preferably female but open!) I’m an easy, outgoing social person, I love being busy whether it be cute nights in, vintage shopping, coffee dates, wine nights or nights outs. I’m very clean & tidy and would like someone the same.

Ideally looking for someone I could be friends and hang out with, not just a flatmate!
Would love to meet up for a few drinks first to see if we’re a good fit!

(Please note the photos are of the show room in the apartment block, it’s an exact replica except the walls are white, the current room is occupied but photos can be requested, however there’s personal added furniture in there atm so the layout looks different - all will be changed to the original layout upon moving out)
