I’m looking for a young professional to move in with me, as my current flatmate is moving away.

I’m easygoing, clean and tidy, and enjoy having a good balance between having my own space and being sociable. I’m always up for a trip to the pub, grabbing some food, or doing something spontaneous, but equally occasionally have to focus on work.

Outside of work, I like to keep myself busy and I’m into fitness, travelling and generally up for trying new things. I enjoy been busy whether that’s going somewhere new, watching sport or finding a good pub.

Ideally looking for someone friendly and sociable who’d be up for getting a drink or doing something together from time to time, but who’s also happy doing their own thing.

Super central location just by Victoria station, less than 5 minutes from market street, 15 minutes from northern quarter.

Waterhouse is a luxury development with a pool, sauna, gym, cinema, outdoor terrace. Amazing building, had no issues whatsoever living there.
