I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Ancoats for approximately 5 months, with the tenancy currently running until the end of February. There may also be the option to extend/roll over the tenancy if you’d like to stay longer.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Tatiana, 22, who is genuinely lovely, super friendly and very easy-going. She enjoys running, bouldering and playing guitar, so it’s a great home for someone who wants a friendly but relaxed living environment.

I’m only moving out because of a new job opportunity. If I could stay, I absolutely would! The building has a brilliant sense of community, with something going on almost every week, so there’s plenty of opportunity to meet people and get involved.
