Double Room available in NOMA

Long-term stay only

A spacious double room will be available from the end of August / beginning of September (exact date TBC), in a lovely shared home in NOMA.

The flat is ideally located next to Angel Meadow, around a 5-minute walk from Shudehill tram stop and approximately 10 minutes into the Northern Quarter.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly females, aged 28 and 33 😊

The flat has some great shared spaces, including:

* 🏋️ A gym
* 🌿 A balcony
* 💻 A shared communal/co-working space overlooking the park

Bills are approximately £150 per month, covering electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax and TV.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful, and who enjoys having a nice, relaxed home environment.

We’re a sociable household and enjoy things like music, travelling, reading, socialising, films, food, cinema, theatre, dancing, TV, going out, shopping, festivals and nights out — so it would be great to find someone with similar interests who is up for being sociable, while also appreciating their own space.
