Room in flat near salford central

Hiyaaa we’re looking to find a roommate to join our lovely three bedroom flat in city centre :)) the flat comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need including a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, balconies, and garage for extra storage if need be. The room is small but cozy and comes furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe and bedside table.
Currently the household is two girls aged 25 and 26 with one working partially from home and the other working in a bar, so out of the house for work. In our free time like to hang out, watch movies, craft, or cook, but are respectful of needing space or time alone. We are keen to find somebody who would like to make our flat a home🌟
The room is 560 per month and bills come out to approx 120 on top of that. Move in date is September 17th, but there can be some flexibility there if need be :))
