The apt is a modern furnished corner apt with a balcony - floor to ceiling windows bright and warm with ample natural light .

I’m very sociable and personable but also very respectful to privacy . I’m also a very tidy and clean housemate .

Pets are Welcome 🐕

Male or Female housemates and / or LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 welcomed 💫

⛔️ No Smokers / No Vaping inside the apartment - prohibited and if discovered deduction of Deposit


When Im around I enjoy festivals , brunches , eating out ; catching up with friends in MCR and out of MCR or simply Netflix & evenings in .

DETAILS OF RENTAL 📑

(1) Short Term let’s considered

(2) 2- 5 Days a week considered

(3) 7 days letting will be at £899 per month incl some Bills : Council Tax , TV Licence & Netflix , WiFi , Amazon Prime all will be paid by me .

Bills NOT included and will be shared only ; Gas, Water & Electricity .

Cleaner every 3-4 weeks ; £30 split between both

Minimum 2 months stay & review every 3 months so to check if it’s still a right fit for you and me with no pressure .
