The apartment is clean, cosy, generally quiet during the week and works well for someone looking for a comfortable base while working in Manchester. A particular highlight is the floor to ceiling windows overlooking landscaped communal gardens, which is extremely rare in Manchester city centre. The building is a converted Mail Sorting House, and despite being located on a main road, the apartment benefits from very little traffic noise, making it a surprisingly calm place to live

.A little about me:
I work full-time (9-5) and work from home 2-3 days per week. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, crafting and going out with friends on the weekends.

I'm happy to be sociable and get to know whoever is moving in, but I also completely respect personal space and privacy if that's your preference.
I also have a friendly cat called Uno. He is fully litter-trained, and I keep his litter area clean and well-maintained. If preferred, it's easy to ensure that he does not enter your bedroom.
