The flat has 2 bedroom one non ensuite (separate bathroom) which is occupied.
And your room which is Ensuite.

The Council tax comes around to be 100pp.
The Electricity and water bills combinded comes around 100-120, are currently paid of by renting the car park, by mutual agreement, but if you have car you can discuss with the existing flatmate.
