Two Rooms Available in city centre flat

My two flatmates are moving back to London so have two rooms available, one from the 27th September and one from the 27th of October.

The flats on the edge of town near new Islington tram stop, has a nice big balcony, small gym downstairs and we have two parking spots total for the flat (I use one so one more free). Great price for location and what you get.

I'm 26 and work in football technology, I can be out the flat fair bit for work/travel. My free time at the minute I like going for out some pints, go the gym, art exhibitions, food spots and some games of padel. My current flatmates we'll often chill and watch films together plus any of the activities above, it's a laid back atmosphere and we respect each others space but we're all quite social, would like to keep a similar vibe going and make it a fun/relaxing place to live
