Double, en-suite room

Double en-suite room in northern quarter.
My current flat mate is moving at the end of September so I’m looking to fill her room.
The flat is very central, super close to lots of public transport. The building has a roof terrace and 24 hour concierge.

The video attached is my room from when I moved in but both rooms are identical, I’ll attach a video of my flat mates room once she’s sent one.
The room is large, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and draws included.
It has a large en suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

A bit about me: I’m 27 and I work for the civil service. I work from home a lot so may suit someone who is in the office more. I’m a good mix of staying in and going out with mates, it varies quite a bit. Love going for a drink or pub quiz, but equally love going for coffees, reading and just having some chill time.
I’m a tidy person, super respectful of shared spaces and really easy going. It’s all good with me if you’d rather keep yourself to yourself or if you fancy the odd wine night, I’m easy either way.
Would love someone who is tidy, easy going and up for being friends as well as flat mates.
