Double room available on Canal Street 🤍

My lovely flatmate is unfortunately moving back to Ireland after a year of living together, so I’m now looking for someone new to join me in our flat on Canal Street!

The flat is super central, right on Canal Street and only around 4 minutes from Piccadilly, so it’s a really convenient location for getting around Manchester.

A little about me, I work full-time in property investment, with 3 days a week working from home. I’m looking for someone who is ideally a young professional, although I’m definitely open to Master’s students too.

I’ve been really lucky with my current flatmate and we’ve become very good friends over the past year, so ideally I’d love to find someone who’s up for having that kind of relationship again someone who is happy to do their own thing but also enjoys the occasional dinner, drink, or watching something together.

The flat is a really lovely space and I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going.
