I’m moving out in mid-October and looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a modern apartment right in Manchester city centre. The location is very convenient, with everything you need close by and easy access to transport links.

* Rent: £762.50/month
* Wi-Fi included
* Bills: approximately £150 per person/month, depending on seasonal usage

Location

The apartment is in a very convenient city-centre location:

* 7–8 minute walk to Piccadilly Station
* 13 minute walk to the Arndale Centre
* A large Aldi is right next to the apartment building
* PureGym is also right next to the building
* Close to shops, restaurants and everything Manchester city centre has to offer

The Room

The room is quite spacious, with plenty of room to decorate and make it your own. It also comes with your own private bathroom.

Included in the room:

* Large wardrobe
* Two bedside tables
* Plenty of under-bed storage
* Lots of space for your own furniture and decorations

The desk and chair shown in the photos will be coming with me, so you’ll be able to bring your own desk/setup.

The Apartment

It’s a modern-build apartment with an entirely electric setup, including electric heating and an electric hob.

The apartment also has:

* Fully functional washing machine
* Dryer, which is particularly useful during rainy Manchester weather
* Wine cooler
* Modern kitchen and dining area

Overall, it’s a spacious and convenient place to live if you want to be in the city centre and close to transport, shops and a gym, while still having a comfortable amount of space.
