🏡 About the house

It’s a comfortable and well-maintained 2-bedroom house, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person. We also have a very good, friendly and responsive landlord, which is a big plus.

I’m currently in the final year of my PhD and work from home quite often, or sometimes work late night. Because of this, I really value having a clean, tidy and peaceful home environment.

I’m looking for someone who is very clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, and who understands the importance of keeping the house tidy. I’d ideally like someone with a similar lifestyle who enjoys a calm and comfortable home and is respectful of each other’s routines and space.
