I’m looking for someone to take over my Gold room contract at IQ Chenil House.

The accommodation has pretty much everything you could ask for — a cinema, BBQ area, gym, karaoke room, table tennis and pool tables, a PlayStation/gaming room, study spaces, a private kitchen, and much more!

There are also comfortable communal areas where students can socialise and get to know each other, as well as quiet spaces for studying, which makes it a really enjoyable and convenient place to live.

The Gold room comes with a private bathroom, and you’ll share a large kitchen with only 4 people. Out of all the student accommodations and universities I’ve experienced, this is honestly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

The accommodation has also been recently refurbished, and I’m actually the first person to use this room after the refurbishment, so everything is brand new and in great condition. ✨

The Gold rooms are currently fully booked at IQ, with only Studios available. So if you’re looking for a Gold room, taking over my contract is a great opportunity to get one!
