Looking for a Clean, Respectful, Female Room-mate.

The room is a large double bedroom with a generous built-in wardrobe. The room comes with a double bed and a bedside table with enough space for a large desk. There is a shared storage space within this wardrobe for shared items (clothes horse, tool box).

The flat has a large shared living space and kitchen, a spacious main bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a washing machine. The bathroom is primarily for your use, although it is where the cat's litter tray (which I take care of cleaning) and some cleaning supplies are kept. It's also the bathroom guests would use.

The building is quiet despite being right in the city centre, with 24/7 concierge. Internet is included, and I have a cleaner every 2 weeks on a Friday. Bills are separate and typically around £175–£265 per month depending on the season and usage. (electric, gas and council tax)

I'm a professional who works from home most of the time, so I'm around the flat during the day. Outside of work I am pretty active and social. I enjoy hiking at weekends, going to the gym, social dancing, travelling and seeing friends, and I occasionally travel for work during the week.

I regularly host friends over, but also like having a calm, cosy home. I'm looking for someone who feels similarly, happy to have a chat in the kitchen over a cup of tea, or explore a new joint for dinner/drinks but still have our own lives!

I also have a cat, she's a 2 year old who's a little shy at first but friendly when she warms up to you. She is your other room-mate so you should feel comfortable living with a cat.

I'm ideally looking for a working professional who is tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and who is looking for a home rather than somewhere to simply sleep.

I'm hoping to find someone who's lifestyle feels a good fit for mine, who would love to live with a cat, and communicates openly about things.
