The flat is super central with amazing transport links and everything you could want right on your doorstep — loads of bars, cafés, restaurants and local amenities just a short walk away. Plus, the building has some great perks including a free gym downstairs, concierge, secure entry and a rooftop 😎

💷 £750 per month + bills (typically around £150 a month) 
council tax is band D

A little about me…
I’m 29 and love being social, so I’d ideally love someone who’s up for being friends as well as flatmates! I love hosting a games night 🎲, cooking (I’m vegetarian), reading, and I’ve recently taken up tennis 🎾. I’m equally happy having a chilled night on the sofa watching TV, but I’m also a big believer in having our own space and doing our own thing.

I work flexible hours in the football industry, so I do work match days and have the occasional WFH day, but I’m generally out and about.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone who’s friendly, sociable and up for making the flat feel like a home, rather than just somewhere to sleep 🫶
