I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year. The room is £255 per week with bills included and has its own private en-suite bathroom.
Chandos House is in a really convenient location, especially for MMU and University of Manchester students, with both universities and the city centre within easy reach.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, storage and wardrobe space, as well as access to a shared kitchen/living area and the building’s communal facilities.

Student accommodation
This would be an official tenancy takeover through iQ Student Accommodation, so the new tenancy and payments would be arranged directly through iQ.
