Deluxe studio at Vita Student Circle Square, Manchester – official contract takeover

£454 per week – 51-week contract

I’m looking for another student to take over my booking for the remainder of the 2026/27 academic year, as my university plans changed and I no longer require the accommodation.

The room is a Deluxe studio, approximately 26 sqm, located on a higher floor, the 6th floor, at Vita Student Circle Square. Deluxe studios are currently sold out directly through Vita Student for 2026/27.

As a Deluxe studio, it includes Vita Student’s Upgraded Benefits, including complimentary weekly cleaning, one free wash & dry per week, £10 monthly printing credit and an annual airport pick-up. Vita also includes its online doctor service, free breakfast every weekday, 24/7 gym, superfast Wi-Fi and unlimited tea and coffee.

The location is within easy reach of both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as many shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Contract takeover:
This is an official contract takeover through Vita Student, not a private sublet. The replacement student will complete the takeover directly with Vita and enter into a new tenancy agreement with them.

I have confirmed with Vita that a replacement student can still take over the booking even though the tenancy has already started.
