Rent = £700 per month
Bills = typically around £170 per month
Transport links = Salford central 1 min away, 15 min walk to both St Peter’s Square and Exchange square tram stops

I’m looking for someone who is open to becoming friends rather than just roommates! I enjoy exercise classes, reading, coffee dates, nights out , pub quizzes and also chill nights. I’m very clean and tidy and do a sunday reset every week so looking for someone who’s happy to keep the flat clean and tidy aswell! I’m really open to making the flat ours with decorating etc.
