Double bedroom with en-suite £717.50 pcm

Hi, I’m Niki and I work in digital marketing, mostly in the office 2/3 days a week with occasional work travel abroad.

My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend from November, so I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy. I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and love the flat - it’s super central but surprisingly quiet, with a large balcony! Victoria Station, Deansgate, and tram links are all really close.

Rent is £717.50 + council tax and bills (around £900 max). The building has a free gym & studio, co-working space, reception with secure parcel collection, bookable spaces and parking (extra cost if you need one).

I’m very easy-going and enjoy Pilates, coffee, walks, travelling and going out for food/drinks with friends, but equally love a cosy night in! I also spend some time in Bulgaria and Greece (usually a month during summer and Christmas time)
Looking for a clean, considerate and relatively quiet professional. Not really looking for a party flat 😂 happy to socialise, but equally happy doing our own thing😊
