Double Bed Ensuite in Ancoats

Hey! My name is Roo and I am looking for someone to take up my flatmate's room as she's moving soon for work.

The flat is located on Great Ancoats Street in Ancoats (M4). It's a great location with loads going on in the surrounding area. It is less than a 15min walk to both Piccadilly and Victoria train stations and is a short walk to multiple tram lines.

The room is a spacious en-suite double bedroom. The flat is fully furnished including washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Bills are not included and we will share this equally (Water, Electricity, Wifi, Council tax band C).

I'm 24 and work as an accountant in the city centre. I split my time in the office and working from home. When I'm not working, I'm socialising with friends, doing sports (football, padel, tennis, running), or at the football. I like going out for a pint but also having a cosy night in.
