Double Room, City Centre - Gym, Lounge & Park

I’ve recently moved into this brand-new three-bedroom apartment in Crown View at Victoria Riverside, and I’m looking for one more person to make it their home.

The available room is a fully furnished double at £1,100 per month, plus one-third of the household bills. It’s available now and shares a modern bathroom with one other person.

You’d be living with two males (26 & 27). We’ve both only just moved in, so the flat still feels completely new. We’re friendly, clean and sociable, and would love to live with someone who is happy to chat, share the occasional meal or do something together, while also having their own life and respecting everyone’s space.

THE FLAT

The apartment has been fully furnished and equipped. It has a bright open-plan kitchen and living room, floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen has everything you should need, including a dishwasher, induction hob and bean-to-cup coffee machine. The flat also has a washer-dryer and plenty of shared storage.

THE ROOM

The available room includes:

- A double bed and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Bedside table
- Desk and chair
- Plenty of natural light

You would share the main bathroom with one person.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate young professional or mature postgraduate who wants a proper home rather than somewhere they simply disappear into every evening.

The atmosphere will be relaxed and sociable, but definitely not a party flat. The right fit matters to us, and we’d like everyone to feel comfortable and genuinely at home here.
