Room available (Burlington House) from the 1st Nov in the NQ as my flatmate is moving out! (This can’t be moved unfortunately)
The location really can’t be beat and is arguably the most convenient in Manchester with the PureGym and Aldi close by.
Bills are not incl and come to about £180-£210 a month (on average)
I’d welcome a chill housemate who is open minded and respectful! On the average week I’m working (at home) as an analyst for an insurance broker, going to the gym, swimming, at dance class etc.
